In Jurerê International, clockwise. The athlete will swim 400m until the first buoy, 3km until the second buoy, and 400m. Until the end, the format is triangular. Start for professional athletes: 7a.m. Start for amateur athletes: 7:10a.m. The maximum limit for swimming: 2 hours. Amateurs are allowed to wear a rubber wetsuit regardless the water temperature. Professional athletes shall be allowed to wear the wetsuit only if the water temperature is equal to or below 22ºC.

    - Alameda dos Salmões Jurerê beach, at Jurerê Internacional.
The athletes will leave the water and change clothes in tent assembled in front of Jurerê praia Hotel. The Bike rack will be outside the changing tent.

Course Map
The start will be on Alameda dos Salmões on Jurerê Beach, on Jurerê International.
  1. It folows a straight line via Alameda dos Salmões, crossing Av. dos Búzios, and continues in the direction of Daniela Beach.
  2. On the Daniela crossroads, it turns right in the direction of Daniela Beach.
  3. At 3.5 km, end of the highway, it continues on Av. das Papoulas; it goes until the end of the avenue km 4, in order to make a turnaround. Returning, it follows through the opposite side of the avenue and it the end it goes onto the highway in the direction of the crossroads. (It is important to remember that the highway has many accentuated curves to right and left, until the crossroads, however, it is totally flat. On all the extension of the highway, an extensive preservation area can be observed).
    4. On the crossroads of Daniela, km 6, it turns right in the direction of downtown via highway SC 402, km 7,5.
    5. At 10.5 km, it leaves highway SC 402, and turns right to the highway SC 401, towards downtown.
    6. At 24 km, it turns right, leaving highway SC 401, in order to get into Av. Beira Mar Norte.
    7. At 29.6 km, It goes under the Ercílio Luz bridge, 30.4 km, turnaround of the first lap (2), in front of the ESSO gas station, next to the bus station; it returns on the opposite side of Av. Beira Mar Norte, in the direction of UFSC, 38.5 km, entrance to the University Hospital (Official Hospital of IronMan Brazil).
    8. Km 39, turnaround (3) of the first lap returns and goes via Av. Beira Mar Norte in the direction of the highway SC 401.
    9. Km 42, it leaves Av. Beira Mar Norte and turns right onto the highway SC 401.
    10. Km 61.5, turns right in the direction of Ingleses Beach, it goes through the highway SC 403.
    11. Km 65.5, it goes to Ingleses Beach, km 66.5, turnaround (4) of the first lap; the turnaround is made in front of Bailão do Albino.
    12. It turns right onto the highway SC 401, in front of the Ilha Shopping Mall (very accentuated curve to right), km 71.5.
    13. Km 73.5, turnaround (5) of the first lap; the turnaround is made in front of a camping sign, it returns via SC 401.
    14. Km 80.5, it turns right in the direction of the highway SC 402, in the direction of Jurerê.
    15. Km 83.6, It turns right in the direction of Jurerê Velho.
    16. Km 85. turnaround (6) of the first lap; the turnaround is made 200m from crossroads, in front of the last street before arriving to the crossroads. After the turnaround it goes in the direction of Jurerê International km 86, Crossroads of Jurerê, km 88. It returns in front of the Imperatriz Supermarket, on Alameda das Tartarugas.
    17. In order to make the first turnaround, it gets into the Alameda dos Salmões to the left and goes in the direction of Daniela crossroads. In the crossroads it turns in the direction of Daniela highway, until Daniela Beach, doing the same course of the first lap. In the end of the second lap it turns into the Alameda das Tartarugas, then right to the Alameda dos Salmões in to the direction of transition, where Av. dos Búzios crosses and goes until the security lane. On the security lane the bicycle is left to the staff and a bag with material for the running is taken. The competitor changes in a tent and returns to the race. In case he has been penalized on the course, he shall identify himself to the inspector in order to carry out the penalty according to the rules.

Course Map
  The start will be on Alameda dos Salmões on Praia do Jurerê on Jurerê International.
  1. Starting from Alameda dos Salmões, it will turn to Av. dos Búzios, and goes until the end.
  2. Km 1, the first control station, it returns on the opposite side of Av. dos Búzios, and goes until Alameda dos Salmões. On Alameda dos Salmões it turns right.
  3. Km 2, it goes in the direction of the crossroads of Daniela.
  4. Km 3, it turns right and follows via the highway in the direction of Daniela Beach, on end of the highway it continues on Av. das Papoulas and goes until the end and returns.
  5. Km 7, (Control Station), it returns on the opposite side of the avenue, it continues via the highway on the opposite side, it goes in the direction to of Daniela Crossroads, turns round on the crossroads through left side in order to turn to Alameda dos Salmões.
    6. Km 11, it goes via Alameda dos Salmões, crosses Avenida dos Búzios and turns right from the avenue.
    7. Km 12, it goes via Av. dos Búzios, in direction of Canasvieiras, and goes until the end of Av. dos Búzios.
    8. Km 13, it turns right on Av. Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho (SC 403), it goes on the avenue for 200m, it turns right to Av. César Nascimento, in the direction of Canasvieiras, it goes out from Av. César Nascimento, and gets to Av. Tertuliano Xavier de Brito.
    9. Km 18,5, it passes by the entrance of Praia de Canasvieiras, it turns left km 21, it continues on Av. Tertuliano Xavier de Brito, it passes by in front of Colégio Municipal Osmar Cunha, it goes in the direction of Canasvieiras.
    10. Km 23, It is situated in front of the Academia da Polícia Civil, it leaves Av. Tertuliano Xavier de Brito and gets on Av. Luiz Boiteaux Piazza.
    11. Km 24, entrance that goes to Ponta das Canas, passing through the Bom Jesus community.
    12. Km 25, Lagoinha Beach, to right, it goes to R. Jaime de Arruda Ramos, it goes to the direction of Ponta das Canas.
    13. Km 26, Praia de Ponta das Canas (Control station), turns right on Av. Luiz Boiteaux Piazza.
    14. Km 27, it goes to the direction to Jurerê Beach, it comes back the same course, end of Av. Luiz Boiteaux Piazza, it continues via Av. Tertuliano Xavier de Brito, it gets to Av. César Nascimento, goes until Av. Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho, (SC 403), turns left 200m. Then it turns right on Av. dos Búzios, it goes via Av. dos Búzios, and makes the turnaround (Control station), it comes back on the opposite side of the Avenue and goes to the arrival. Passing Alameda dos Salmões, turns right to Open Shopping, it goes until the finish line km 42,195.
    PS. Each 2 km there will be hydration and alimentation station. The whole course is illuminated.
   
 
    Finish Line
    The Finish line will be at Open Shopping, Jurerê Internacional. We have 195m of a straight line within Open Shopping. The dispersion, food, massage, and medical care area is located behind the arrival. site.
